WHAT OUR TEAM HAVE TO SAY

After being apart of the Strong Girl Movement’s “Foundations Program” and working under Zoe for a little over 3 months now, I can honestly say this group of girls has made a HUGE impact on my strength journey. Although the Foundations Program doesn’t have all the bells and whistles that Premium Coaching has, it holds so much value and provides me everything I need and more. I have a comprehensive- powerlifting focused training plan to follow and am offered guidance on nutrition and wellbeing when needed. This has had me meeting goals almost weekly, and Zoe is always working with me to tweak and change things to meet my personal needs on the day. Look, if I’m real, I had some doubts in the beginning. I wasn’t convinced that trying something different would have helped me improve my strength so quickly. But let me tell you, this lady knows her stuff. She is so full of knowledge in all aspects of training but also has an enormous wealth of experience backing her. Investing in myself and getting Zoe in my corner has been the best thing I have done for myself in a long time. I am so proud of what I have been able to achieve so far, and I can’t wait to see where this takes my strength in the future. Such exciting stuff.
